Kim McOwan joins Cabot House Furniture & Design Burlington as an Interior Designer, bringing over a decade of experience leading high-end residential and hospitality projects nationwide. Previously, Kim founded and led Charette Interior Design Ltd., where she managed full-service interior projects across Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, and California.

Kim has held senior design and creative leadership roles with Treehouse Design and Carpenter & MacNeille Architects and Builders, directing interiors for custom homes and renovations from concept through installation. Her background also includes extensive experience in luxury showroom sales with industry leaders such as Waterworks, Rose Tarlow–Melrose House, and J. Robert Scott, specializing in custom furnishings, lighting, textiles, and high-end kitchen and bath design.

Known for her strategic, relationship-driven approach, Kim excels at guiding clients through complex projects with clarity and confidence while delivering refined, highly customized interiors. Her expertise includes interior architectural design, kitchen and bath design, FF&E and materials specification, and full project and contract management, along with strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD LT, SketchUp, and Design Manager Pro.

Kim holds a Certificate in Interior & Environmental Design from UCLA Extension and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara.
