We invite you to join and become a member of our newly established Florida Real Estate Rewards Program. Once you register your client with us, we will issue a complimentary gift card for you to give your buyer at the closing. When your client uses their Gift Card at Cabot House Furniture & Design Lantana, you earn reward points on their qualified purchases.

How It Works
Register for rewards and become a member. Once you register your client with us, we will issue a complimentary Gift Card for you to present at the closing. The gift card value is $1000 with a minimum $10k purchase.
When your client uses their complimentary gift card at Cabot House Furniture & Design, Lantana, you will earn reward points on their qualified purchases. Reward points are equal to 3% of qualified purchases. Reward points are non transferable and valid for up to two years. Exclusions include freight and clearance items. Members complete a client registration form for each home buyer. As required by law, members who redeem points will be issued an IRS 1099 form at the end of the tax year when reward points are redeemed. In order to redeem reward points, an IRS W-9 form must be on file with our Lantana showroom. You will receive a 1099 form at the end of the applicable tax year.
